Rule Financial joins Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) in Poland

The Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) in Poland is a leading organisation representing the business services sector in Poland. Given the current business, economic and political opportunities, it is this sector that can help propel Poland to be a global leader. Poland is already the international business service sector leader in Europe and number three worldwide. The IT outsourcing industry is expanding dramatically in Poland, and is set to become the country's largest source of private-sector jobs.

Piotr Kania, Country Manager for Rule Financial in Poland said "our cooperation with ABSL focuses on the exchange of knowledge, experience and innovative business practices in the IT outsourcing industry. Given our excellent presence and growing reputation in the IT services sector it makes sense for us to join ABSL to provide knowledge, be informed on what else is happening in the industry, and take part in different initiatives that will impact our business."

Alignment with ABSL will help Rule Financial building relationships with key universities, local authorities and businesses as we expand our presence and continue to recruit high-quality people to join the company in both Łódź and Poznań. The industry body organises and supports a number of the most important events for the sector, not least of which is the annual ABSL conference Poland. They also engage their community with comprehensive reports concerning Polish business services, which Rule Financial will contribute to, and benefit from, as an active member.

For the past four years, ABSL has been facilitating a series of meetings between representatives of the business services sector and those of local authorities, universities and employment agencies. These roundtable sessions focus on the most pressing needs of service centres and recommend specific solutions that will help increase the attractiveness of Polish cities in order to drive foreign investment and create new jobs. In addition, ABSL experts regularly conduct free workshops for all members looking at developments around taxation, law and other key issues for business service centres.

ABSL members come from diverse backgrounds but primarily include those in business process outsourcing, shared services centres, information technology outsourcing, and research and development. Rule Financial joins a whole host of leading multinational organisations, such as; Goldman Sachs, Google, IBM, Infosys, Procter & Gamble, Shell, Thomson Reuters and Xerox.
