A Japanese company that employs thousands of specialists in 34 countries, opens its office at Poznan's Franowo. This means 500 new, attractive jobs in the modern services sector.

Transcosmos has been providing services in the field of customer service, IT and digital marketing for the largest brands in the world for over 50 years. It employs over 40,000 specialists in 176 offices in 34 countries. Among their clients there are such giants as: Microsoft, Canon, Panasonic, Yamaha, Durex and L'Oréal.

In Poland, Transcosmos started operations in 2017 in Warsaw. It is now making its debut on the Poznań market by opening a customer service office at Centrum Franowo.

We are impressed by both the great city and exceptionally talentpool that will enable us to develop globally.

In the coming years, the new Transcosmos office in Poznań will become one of the key global outsourcing centers. This means 500 attractive jobs in the modern services sector.

- For the first time, we met with Transcosmos in London during the Poland's Rising Outsourcing Destinations conference, where we encouraged the investor to look at our city - says Katarzyna Sobocińska, deputy director of the Investor Service Office. - The company soon approached us with a request to provide more information, and after a few months its representatives visited Poznań. One of the decisive factors that prompted Transcosmos to invest in our city is certainly the staff that is trained by the Faculty of Modern Languages ​​at Adam Mickiewicz University. Knowledge of foreign languages ​​by employees of the global company center is crucial. We are glad that we could assist Transcosmos during the entire investment process and hope for fruitful cooperation on initiatives supporting the modern services sector in Poznań.

Intensive recruitment at Transcosmos will also be carried out in 2019. Already, the company has many attractive jobs to offer in the areas of recruitment and HR, customer service, IT support and administration. They are looking for employees with foreign language skills, mainly English and German.
