Andersia Retail is a commercial and service centre which is to be erected at the site of the former car park belonging to Novotel-Poznań Hotel (from Królowej Jadwigi Street). The building, designed by Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński Architecture Studio, will complement two other developments, Poznań Financial Centre and Andersia Tower. The new building will have a rotunda and 3 aboveground floors, which will be completely intended for services and retail (priority will be given to specialised services). The area of the building will approximate 15,000sqm, including over 13,000sqm of usable space. The total cubic capacity will equal 77,560 m3. The underground part of the building will provide parking space for approximately 300 cars, and together with the car park underneath PFC (200) and Andersia Tower (200) this gives a total of 700 parking spaces. The construction of a huge arcade located on two levels, together with internal underground alleys, will facilitate traffic within the entire development along internal passageways (drivers entering the PFC building will be able to leave via Andersia Tower or Andersia Retail).

The investment will commence when Andersia Tower has been handed over for use. (ab)
