Academy of Physical Education (AWF) in Poznan and the City of Poznan, invite to an open lecture, which will give Erik Wolf. The lecture entitled "The latest trends & opportunities for the development of culinary tourism", will take place on 12 May 2016 (Thursday), at 12.00, in the Main Hall of AWF at 27/39 Królowej Jadwigi Street.

Erik Wolf is the founder and president of the World Association of Culinary Journey (World Food Travel Association - WFTA) with registered office in Portland. He also founded the company Savor Search and is its president. This company deals with facilitating contacts between producers and purchasers in culinary industry.

As an expert, he works with CNN, BBC, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and many others. He is also advices to UNESCO's Creative Cities Network.
