Open lecture by Oliver Krone

Poznań University of Life Sciences and the City of Poznań invite to an open lecture which will be presented by Dr. Oliver Krone. The lecture entitled: Can bird diseases pose a threat to people?, will take place on 6th March 2016 at 4 p.m. in University Centre of Veterinary Medicine of the Poznań University of Life Sciences, at ul. Szydłowska 43.

Dr. Oliver Krone is a graduate of the Veterinary Faculty of Free University Berlin. Works in a research center of Leibniz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Research in a Department of Wildlife Deceases. Specializes in parasitology and toxicology. Dr. Krone is the author of a few dozen of publications in reputable magazines and handbooks. He is a member of international scientific organizations among others European Wildlife Diseases Association, German Society for Parasitology, IUCN Wildlife Health Specialist Group, and also an editor of Journal of Wildlife Diseases.
