Óscar Garcia Luengo is the professor of political sciences, specialist within the scope of political communication. Currently employed at Faculty of Sociology and Political Sciences of the University in Grenada. He is the chairman of the Research Committee for Political Communication of the International Political Sciences Association (IPSA). He delivered lectures in scientific establishments in the United States (Florida International University), Ecuador (U. of Machala), Holland (Amsterdam School of Communication Research), Germany (U. of Mainz), Italy (European University Institute), Mexico (U. Tecnológica de Monterrey), including - as visiting professor in Berkeley (U. of California, USA), Kyoto (U. Ritsumeikan, Japan), Miami (Florida International University, USA), Eskişehir (U. of Anadolu, Turkey), Pilsen (U. of Plzen, Czech), Buenos Aires (U. Buenos Aires, Argentina).
