The City of Poznań offers an opportunity to obtain co-financing for organising traineeships in a form of a scholarship for a trainee. Co-financing may be applied for jointly by a company organising traineeship and a student accepted for traineeship. A prerequisite for the company organising traineeship is to be based in Poznań. A scholar may be a student of the Poznań University, residing in Poznań, who will accepted for traineeship in the company submitting an application (in exceptional situations, it is possible to grant a scholarship to a person who does not reside in Poznań if all other requirements are met).

The objective of the traineeship programme is to support the students in Poznań and to make it easier for them to receive attractive traineeships and then jobs in the Poznań companies as well as to provide support for companies allowing them to reduce the costs of organising traineeships. After the completion of traineeship, it is required to employ the trainee (or another person) and to maintain the job created in this way for 6 months.

The amount of the scholarship may be used for covering, in full or partially, the costs of traineeship home or abroad, such as e.g.: costs of training, travelling, maintenance, accommodation. The scholarship is granted for a maximum of 6 months.

The City of Poznań has allocated PLN 100,000 for the programme to support trainees in the companies in 2017.

We invite you to submit applications at the Poznań City Hall, Investor Relations Department, four times a year, by: 31 March, 30 June, 31 October or 31 December of a given year.
