The contest lasted three days. The participants were required to prepare four espressos, four cappuccinos, and four original signature drinks - all within 15 minutes. Judges evaluated the taste of the drinks, the technique of their preparation, presentation, as well as the versatility of the competitors.

This is not Agnieszka Rojewska's first coffee-related success. Previously, she had triumphed in, among others, the Polish and World Latte Art Championships.

As a research worker, she was a doctoral candidate at the Department of Trade and Marketing of the Poznań University of Economics and Business. In her scientific work, she dealt with, among others, the coffee market.
