The City of Poznań and the Poznań University of Technology have the pleasure to invite you to an open lecture entitled "Physical and cognitive human robot interaction" by Prof. Dirk Lefeber of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. The lecture will be held on 2 July 2013 at 10.00 a.m. in room 8 in the Lecture Centre of the Poznań University of Technology.

Dirk Lefeber is a professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the head of the Robotics and MultiBody Mechanics (R & MM) Research Group at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Dirk Lefeber was born in 1956.He received an engineer's degree in civil engineering at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 1979 and a PhD in Applied Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 1986.Currently Dirk Lefeber is a professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the head of the Robotics and MultiBody Mechanics (R & MM) Research Group at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.His research interests include new actuators with adaptable compliance, dynamically balanced robots, robot assistants, rehabilitation robotics and multibody dynamics.
