Museum of Arkady Fiedler

Description

The Museum-Workshop of Arkady Fiedler holds souvenirs and other exhibit of this great writer, journalist and traveler. The Arkady Fiedler Museum is run by the legacy's proud family and was opened on January 1, 1974. The museum is housed in the family's old house in Puszczykowo near Poznan.

Autumn/Winter: Tue-Sun 10am-3pm

Exhibition

Ritual masks, human head trophies, tropical butterflies, crocodiles. Outside, in the Garden of Tolerance you can admire a unique collection of exotic monuments, for example an accurate copy of a statue from the Easter Island and monuments of Aztec gods. The actual size replica of a famous "Santa Maria", the ship of Christopher Columbus, makes a huge impression.
