EURO 2012 Office
The EURO 2012 Office form a team of creative and energetic people who care about the preparation and proper organization of the largest Poznań sporting event in history - the European Football Championship UEFA EURO 2012™.
Amongst the main tasks of the EURO 2012 Office are coordination of the work of 16 city teams, appointed by the Mayor of Poznań to organize UEFA EURO 2012™ and cooperation with UEFA, urban and national companies, the Polish government, other organizations and institutions involved in the preparations of the tournament. Office personnel are also responsible for preparing the visits of domestic and foreign delegations, developing appropriate reporting documents and the presentation of the city's preparatory stage. The EURO 2012 Office is in constant contact with other cities-hosts of UEFA EURO 2012™ in Poland and Ukraine, and their representatives exchange experiences in the range of proper organization of the tournament. They also develop a joint strategy of preparation.
