Q: Are there any age restrictions in the Fan Camp Poznan age restrictions?
A: Yes. Persons under 15 years of age can only stay in Poznan Fan Camp accompanied by a parent or parental guardian who will be made to sign an appropriate statement accepting responsibility for the accompanied minor. Very soon on our website we will have such a statement, which can be downloaded and printed.
Q: Can I cancel my reservation and receive a refund?
A: Unfortunately, all reservations made are final and no refunds will be offered under any circumstances.
Q: During what hours is the reception open?
A: The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Q: What documents do I need to book in?
A: Upon arrival at the Poznan Fan Camp every guest must present a valid form of photographic ID (e.g. ID Card, Passport or Driving License), together with their booking confirmation form and in the case of guests with a camper van the registration documents for that vehicle. Failure to produce these documents on request will mean that the guest will not be allowed entry to the Poznan Football Camp. After the guest has completed registration, they will receive an identification wristband, which must be worn at all times during the guests stay in the Fan Camp. Wearing of this wristband means you can move freely around the Poznan Fan camp. People who are not residents of Poznan Football Camp are not eligible for entry to the campground, this includes guests.
Q: Will there be any ATM machines available on the campsite grounds?
A: Unfortunately not, although there are many close by.
Q: Does the Poznan Football Camp offer Bureau de Change facilities?
A: No, unfortunately not. We accept all major credit and debit cards and payments are also accepted in Polish currency and payment cards.
Q: Will there be any safety deposit boxes for hire?
A: No, unfortunately not.
Q: Is the Poznan Football Camp will be able to smoke?
A: Yes, in places permitted.
Q: Are you in Poznan Football Camp will be located Found office?
A: Yes, the office will be located Found
Q: Will my belongings be insured against theft?
A: Yes. Items left by visitors Poznan Football Camp will not be insured against theft. Therefore strongly advised to check if every time a car camping / trailer are closed.
Q: Is the Poznan Football Camp safe?
A: Yes. Safety of guests in the Poznan Football Camp is at all times our priority
Q: Can I pay a deposit to the Poznan Football Camp at the time of booking, and pay the remaining balance at a later date?
A: Yes. A deposit fee will be taken at the time of booking to cover the total cost of booking and this payment serves as confirmation of your arrival. The remaining balance (calculated at the current rate of exchange between the Euro and Zloty) can be paid on arrival.
Q: Is there a grocery store on the camp grounds?
A: Unfortunately not, however a grocery store is located close by, approximately 800 meters from the Poznan Football Camp.
Q: Will residents of the Poznan Fan Camp be permitted to swim in Lake Malta?
A: No, but situated close by to the camp there are designated swimming places. Bathing in the lake is permitted only within the designated areas as these are under lifeguard supervision.

CAMPERVANS
Q: What is the minimum length of stay in Poznan Football Camp?
A: The minimum stay is 3 consecutive days (e.g., from 8.06 to 11.06).
Q: When will it be possible to enter into the Poznan Football Camp?
A: Poznan Football Camp will be open from Friday, June 8, 2012 from 12:00 to Tuesday, June 19 until 13:00.
Q: What size are the campervan sites?
A: One site covers an area of 36m ² (8m x 4,5 m). If the vehicle is longer than 8m, please inform us in advance

Q: Can I come by caravan?
A: Yes, you can come with your own caravan. The cost of booking for a trailer is the same as that for a caravan.

Q: How do I know where to park my campervan /trailer / caravan?
A: Stewards from the Poznan Football Camp will be on hand, indicating where you can park your car / trailer /campervan / caravan. We do not offer reservations for places in advance - so site arrangements will be decided on a "first come first served' basis. Trucks, caravans, trailers, campervans will be laid out in rows.
Q: What facilities does the Poznan Football Camp offer to its guests?
A: All sanitary points will be located in the back sporting Malta Regatta Course. We also plan to create a dining and entertainment zone (Fun Zone). Poznan Football Camp area will be surrounded by a fence and patrolled by guards 24 hours a day.
Q: Can I connect a truck / trailer to electricity?
A: Yes. You can connect your car/trailer/caravan/campervan for a cost of 50 PLN/24h
Q: Can I connect a truck / trailer to running water?
A: No. Running water and toilets and showers are available only in the shower/toilet blocks.
Q: Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?
A: No, residents of the Poznan Football Camp area cannot under any circumstances bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the camp site.
Q: Can I park my motorcycle next to my car / trailer?
A: Yes, you can park your motorbike next to your car / trailer.

TENTS
Q: What size is a place for tents?
A: One site covers an area of 7.5 m² (3m x 2.5 m) at the campsite. One site is designed for two people maximum.
Q: Can we pitch our own tent?
A: Yes, it is possible for our guests to bring their own tent.
Q: What if I do not have my own tent?
A: It will be possible to purchase a tent and sleeping bags from reception.
Q: What about bringing a car?
A: Please park your car in the car park, cost of car parking is 100 PLN/24h
