International technology company SOFTSWISS, which has a software development outsourcing centre in Poznań, has summarised its working milestones for 2024. During this time, the team has grown by almost a quarter, the company has received more than 20 prestigious awards and has supported several charity projects.

The main office of Poznan-based investor SOFTSWISS, an international technology company, hosted the inauguration of a new project - SOFTSWISS Excellence Talks. The meetings will be held on a quarterly basis with the aim of developing a local community of professionals and building the company's reciprocal relationships with leading educational institutions.

Poznań once again became the venue for key conversations, this time about equality and diversity. The Leaders & HR 4 Equality - Diverse paths to equality in practice conference brought together male and female leaders, representatives from business, academia and community organisations. The aim of the event was to seek solutions for a more inclusive tomorrow.

The past year has been a time of intense change and economic development for Poznań. Despite global economic challenges, the city is not slowing down, consistently developing its investment offer and attracting new companies. International cooperation and innovative projects such as Poznań CityLab confirm Poznań's growing potential on the map of Central and Eastern Europe.

Poznan is a city with a centuries-old tradition that also supports the development of innovation. Every year, it organises one of the most important technology conferences in Poland - Pozitive Technologies. Similarly this year, but in a new formula.
The event, which will take place from 2-6 December, will bring together in the heart of Wielkopolska IT specialists, digital transformation experts and technology enthusiasts who will meet to exchange knowledge, inspiration and build the future together.

During the 14th edition of the prestigious CEE Investment Awards gala, Poznań was awarded the honourable title of City of the Year. The award recognises locations that are exceptionally committed to economic development and attract key investments. This is another success for Poznań, which in recent years has secured significant projects in the real estate sector and implemented key urban projects. In addition to Poznań, the nominees also included Warsaw, Łódź and Katowice.

The Nowy Rynek office building in Poznań, executed by Skanska, has just become the new workplace for 90 employees of Rödl & Partner. The office on the 7th floor of the building opens up a view of the capital of Wielkopolska. Employees can benefit from spaces adapted to different working modes and providing fully comfortable conditions for efficient and effective operation. The office's official opening was attended by the Mayor of Poznań, Jacek Jaskowiak, and Martin Kremer, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Wrocław.
