Poznań will once again present its investment potential at the international real estate fair MIPIM in Cannes. From 12 to 15 March, at the City's stand, investors will have the opportunity to discover the offer of over a dozen areas, including those for residential, services, industrial, or logistic development.

It was important for Cordia Polska to retain as many original elements as possible and preserve the spirit of the place when it began designing the new Modena Estate in Jeżyce in 2020. The key part of the plan was to revitalise the historic avenue of over 100-year-old plane trees next to the Modena site, in addition to modernising some of the buildings and restoring some of the historic elements left over from the factories. All the works are being carried out in close cooperation with the Conservation Offi­cer of the City of Poznań.

This important strategic move has allowed a major player in the Polish IT sector to enter the South African market, expand its global presence and gain access to the technology and development of Africa's leading iGaming technology solutions provider.

Another office building of Nowy Rynek, developed by Skanska in Poznań's Wilda district, has been awarded the highest rating in the international LEED certification. This confirms that building E of the complex is distinguished not only by its modern design, but above all by the complexity of the solutions used in it, which reduce its impact on the environment and at the same time increase the comfort of the people working in it.

Pułaskiego 19 consists of 33 high-standard apartments situated amid lush green landscape of the Sołacz: a peaceful residential district near the very city center of Poznań. Construction work is ongoing at the site of the investment. More and more units are being sold.

The international SOFTSWISS Group has officially opened the doors of its new office in Poznań. On December 15, a gala ceremony was held to award prizes in the second edition of the Student Translation Competition ,,Poznań na językach", which was organised by the Adam Mickiewicz University.
