Franklin Templeton's new campaign for moms takes off

MAMY Plan! is a new campaign to support moms who have been out of the job market and are now planning on returning to work. The program, co-created with the MamoPracuj foundation, provides an opportunity for individual consultations with the recruiters at Franklin Templeton during which you will be able to review your resume, assess your knowledge of English, learn where and how to look for a job, receive advice on how to prepare for a recruitment process and discuss current job market trends. 100 slots for online consultations will be available in two editions, free of charge. Registration for the first edition is now open!

MAMY Plan! is not the first Franklin Templeton's initiative addressed to women. The company has been actively supporting mothers returning to work for 4 years. There have been Doors Open Days, workshops, consultation points, and speed interviews for moms. This year, the support will have an even broader outreach and a more individual character.

- Last year's meetups at the Doors Open Day showed us how important and sometimes hard the process of returning to work is, and how many doubts and questions there might be. The conversations we had with moms were mostly related to recruitment. Consultation points at which moms could discuss their resumes and recruitment process, identify opportunities for further development or career change, and have their burning questions about a job search or an interview answered were especially popular. Due to the pandemic, there is no chance for us to meet in the office again and returning to work has become even more difficult. This is how we came up with an idea for a new program. The program has been designed for moms to receive not only practical tips on how to look for work and have a successful interview, but also to be given an opportunity to ask any questions that have been on their minds for a long time. - says Monika Pokora, Talent Acquisition Lead at Franklin Templeton.

- MAMY Plan! initiative and all the other actions we have taken together with Franklin Templeton, but also with other employers, are aimed at empowering women from across Poland in their return to work by meeting the recruiters and breaking the fear of looking for a job after a long leave, while navigating such an unprecedented time of the pandemic. Even though the consultation is not very long, it encourages and empowers women to keep up their goals. Moms who sign up for our meetups are often great, high-performing candidates with in-demand skillsets. - says Agnieszka Czmyr-Kaczanowska, Vice-President and co-founder of mamopracuj.pl.
