This year's Expo Real in Munich is the second (after the MIPIM fair in Cannes) important event for the real estate industry that takes place in a stationary location.

Sixteen investment areas are promoted at the stand of the City of Poznań. The majority of grounds are designated for multifamily housing or services- 9 areas. A unique proposition is a property intended for low-rise multi-family buildings with the character of city villas at ul. Olsztyńska. Three properties with an exclusive service function are also offered (at the Rataje roundabout, in the area of Franowo and Folwarczna streets and in the area of Hetmańska and Górecka streets). There also is an interesting offer for sports, tourism and recreation purposes - the area located at the banks of the Lake Kierskie, in the green wedge, offered in another mode than the sale. In addition, one of the areas in the current offer is intended for industrial and service activities, and one property is partially for industrial and service development and partially for parking lots.

- We are glad that the next important event in the real estate industry will be held stationary. We have already planned meetings with investors who are interested in the Poznań market. The attractiveness of the Poznań offer is evidenced by the fact that in the tenders that took place at the turn of September and October, the buyer of the investment fields at Obodrzycka, Sarbinowska and Garaszewo streets was selected. The total price obtained as a result of the auction was over 34 million zlotys - explains Katja Lożina, Head of Investor Relations Department.

A special offer of real estate owned by the City of Poznań, which is promoted at this year's Expo Real fair, includes 5 areas where car parks - cubature car parks under the concession for construction works / PPP may be built in the future.

As part of the ongoing talks with private partners (participants of preliminary market consultations), the locations of future car parks considered by the City are discussed: Wielkopolski Square, Rynek Wildecki, Śródka - Youth Sports Center POSiR, Dąbrowskiego Street, Poznanska Street.

The creation of future - new car parking lots is to complement the City's existing activities related to the functioning of the City Center Paid Parking Zone, the Paid Parking Zone, the "Park and Go" buffer car parks and the "Park and Ride" car parks. This is part of the strategic activities of the City included in the Development Strategy for the City of Poznań 2020+.

The international real estate and investment fair Expo Real will be held on October 11-13 in Munich. The exhibitors and participants included representatives of the banking sector, hotel industry, developers, but also other European cities.
