Area at Unii Lubelskiej St. is part of a  new residential district planned by Municipal Urbanism Workshop in the south-eastern part of Poznań. A large urban plot, about 3 hectares in size, was divided into 2 investment fields. The first one, ​​about 2 hectares big, will be put up for sale in a tender planned for July this year.

Why is it worth?

There are several reasons for potential investors to pay close attention to the area at Unii Lubelskiej St. - excellent communications with other districts of Poznań, thanks to the location directly next to two tram lines (the  already existing and a newly built one, which is to be ready in 2020), proximity of recreational areas on the  River Warta, and finally the fact that both investment fields are covered by the applicable local spatial development plan.

The plan allows for the construction of spatial dominants with a height of 60 meters on the first plot and 35 meters on the second. According to the plan, housing and service functions are planned in this area. The potential buyer will be able to erect multi-family buildings with flats, which will offer spectacular views oft he city or service facilities (such as a hotel or office building). The permissible built-up area is 35%, which, although small at first glance, in combination with the planned construction of high-rise buildings gives the opportunity to create interesting, recognizable architecture visible from afar and surrounded by a lot of greenery.
