ENTRY IN CENTRAL REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION ON BUSINESS (CEIDG)
A natural person shall file an CEIDG-1 application for an entry in CENTRAL REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION ON BUSINESS
Single application is at the same time:
- Application for an entry in CENTRAL REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION ON BUSINESS,
- Application for an entry in the National Official Register of Entities of National Economy (REGON number - STATISTICAL OFFICE);
- An application for tax identification number (NIP) or update notification, as specified in the regulations on registration and identification of taxpayers and tax remitters (NIP number - TAX OFFICE);
- Registration of the contribution payer, or change thereof, as meant by the regulations on social insurance system; or statement of continuation of agricultural social insurance,as specified in the regulations on agricultural social insurance (ZUS or KRUS).
- Commune/City Hall will forward the application data to CENTRAL REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION ON BUSINESS and then it will go from CEIDG to the Statistical Office, a competent Head of the Tax Office and a competent local unit of ZUS or KRUS.
