This year's edition will open with the flavours of traditional Polish home cooking. Visitors will be able to enjoy new potatoes, classic Polish-style meat patties and beetroot prepared by the team from Mięso na Płocie.
There will also be something for fans of Asian cuisine. Ming Wok No. 2 will showcase its dishes, taking guests on a culinary journey to the Far East.
After exploring these exotic flavours, visitors will have the chance to return to the taste of traditional home-cooked meals. At the Szabelek/Catering Zaklepka stand, guests will be able to sample the dishes that have made the venue a favourite among residents of Łazarz and beyond.
This year's event will also bring an exciting culinary first. For the first time in Jedzielnia's history, sushi will be featured on the menu. Roi's Sushi will make its debut at the event, serving one of Japan's most popular dishes at a special Jedzielnia price.
