16 real estate municipal properties will be for sale in Cannes
The MIPIM 2021 is organized exceptionnally in September, and not in March, as usual. 16 different investment areas will be promoted at the stand of the City of Poznan.
- Our present real estate offer for sale is very attractive. The area of Wolne Tory was sold (the grounds of a former repair and maintenance of trains facility was operating), but Poznan has still a lot to offer to investors. The first tenders have been announced for the mid of September and October. We are selling large, undeveloped grounds for the purposes of production, warehouses/depots or services in the area of the Garaszewo and Obodrzycka Streets. Then, more grounds will be put up for sale, i.a. a very attractive area at the Rataje roundabout, on which the local spatial development plan allows services development with a building up to 64 metres high - explains Bartosz Guss, the Deputy Mayor of Poznan.
The largest part of the offer prepared by Wydział Gospodarki Nieruchomościami (the Real Estate Management Department at the Poznan City Hall) are the grounds designated for multifamily housing or services - 9 areas. The area of the Olsztyńska Street represents a special offer, being designated for low multifamily buildings with the character of urban villas. There are 3 areas designated only for services purposes (at the Rataje roundabout, in the area of the Franowo and Folwarczna Streets and in the area of the Hetmańska and Górecka Streets). There also is an interesting offer for sports, tourism and recreation purposes - the area located at the banks of the Lake Kierskie, in the green wedge, offered in other mode than the sale. In addition, one of the areas in the current porftfolio is designated for industry or services development and another one is meant partly for industry or services and partly for parkings.
- We hope that the first MIPIM fairs after a year break, will be successful in what refers to new contacts with potential investors. This event will be an opportunity for meetings with business representatives from all over the world - states Katja Lożina, Head of the Investor Relations Department, the department which was in charge of organizing the participation of the city in the fair. - Our main goal is to promote the municipal real estate offer, but also to discuss with potential investors what makes Poznan exceptional in Europe - its stable economic situation, skilled labor or excellent location.
The MIPIM real estate and investment fairs will take place in Cannes on September 7-8. It was shortened; in March 2022 the full, 4 days long MIPIM will be held. The organizing team expects business represententatives from all over the world. Other Polish cities will also be represented this year - Łódź and the Silesian Agglomeration.
