A new investor in the IT industry is already recruiting!
Despite the pandemic, Bright Coders' Factory has been steadily increasing employment over the past year and wants to double the number of employees by the end of 2021. Therefore, a decision was made to choose a new location. The final choice fell on Poznan.
- We thought about several locations, but focused on Poznan. It is a strategic place for us. We see a lot of talent and development opportunities here. The location of the city is also important to us. The proximity of the metropolis, including Berlin, is crucial here from a business point of view - emphasizes Wiktor Błysz, CEO of Bright Coders' Factory.

The opening of the new office in Poznań is planned for the fourth quarter of 2021. Talks are currently underway regarding the choice of location, but the company focuses on the strict center. Recruitment has also started - approximately 80 specialists from the IT industry will find employment at the Bright Coders' Factory headquarters in Poznan.
