The Poznań branch of ALTEN Polska grows stronger!
Several months have passed since the move to the new office. The Poznań branch of ALTEN Poland is located in the prestigious location of the Nobel Tower Centre for Advanced Technologies. This modern science and technology complex combining office, conference and training spaces was created for innovative investments that could change the economic situation of the region. This concept fits perfectly into the ALTEN business model.
The Poznań branch of ALTEN Poland is part of the ALTEN Group, the main technological partner of global clients, which within 30 years has become a leading European provider of engineering and technology consulting services. The company operates in almost 30 countries, employing a total of nearly 40,000 employees.

The ALTEN branch in Poznań has been operating since 2018. Initially, it focused on the automotive industry, with time expanding its activities to other sectors of the economy. Currently, the branch supports several new clients from industries such as production automation and robotization, banking and finance, energy and the development of innovative web and mobile applications. It also develops its activity in the electronics industry and supports clients in the course of the process and technological transformation. The company plans to expand its activities in other sectors, including aviation and pharmaceuticals. During the year, the Poznań branch intends to increase employment by as much as 50-70%, both in terms of recruitment and business positions, as well as supporting external clients.
- Wielkopolska is a logistically attractive region for foreign investors, due to the extensive infrastructure, qualified engineering talent pool and the presence of internationally recognized universities - adds Milena Komar.
Therefore, ALTEN plans to start cooperation with Poznań universities. This program aims to find talented students, familiarize them with development opportunities in the company and encourage them to jointly develop their professional careers.
