Ladies and gentlemen,
Poznań is a city rich in internationally acclaimed events and institutions in the field of art. It has a great music tradition. Theatre and fine arts are the fields of artistic activitiy which, alongside music, determine the city's status as one of the most important cultural centres in Poland.
We take great pride in hosting the participants of the Conference for a few days, and as hosts we will have a chance to present what is most valuable and worth recommending in the cultural life of our city. This is the aim of our rich and diverse Conference Cultural Agenda.

Practical information:

The Conference Cultural Agenda includes a description of all events and a booking form, which will serve as the basis for issuing you with a personal invitation to the events you wish to attend.

These invitations will be available two days before the event at the City Information Point, located at Poznań International Fair grounds - the Conference venue, pavilion 15 A. If the invitation is not collected within the time specified, it will be treated as foregoing attendance of the event.

We would also like to inform you that entry to most events is free of charge. Apart from personal invitations, the entry to certain events will be possible on the basis of your Conference ID, in accordance with the information provided in the Programme.

Information on the changes introduced into the Conference Cultural Agenda will be available on the organizer's website, so we encourage you to keep up-to-date.
