"In Poland, ADM has an oilseeds processing plant, a biodiesel production plant, a sea handling terminal and several grain silos. Due to its strong business presence in Poland and availability of qualified personnel, ADM chose Poznań as its financial and administrative centre for Europe. The company is planning to expand its market involvement in Poland through new investments and supporting local societies and charity projects." said Zsolt Kocza, the Managing Director for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia.

"Poznań offers excellent conditions for companies looking for a business-friendly environment and well-educated employees. The appearance of ADM in Poznań means new jobs and encourages other companies planning to move all or some of their operations to Poland." said Sebastian Bedekier, Regional Director of Colliers International in Poznań.

The office complex located at the intersection of Marcelińska and Bułgarska streets in Marcelin is one of three business parks developed by Vastint under the brand name "Business Garden" in Poland.  Ultimately, it will comprise nine buildings with a total planned area of 80,000 m2. The first phase of the project commissioned at the beginning of this year offers 42,000 m2                    of modern office space.

The buildings will accommodate a number of amenities and retail points for tenants,  i.e. conference rooms, a canteen, a medical clinic and others. An innovative "Hospitality" scheme which comprises a rich calendar of events, service packages and quality monitoring program in line with the tenants' expectations will be implemented in the complex.

Compact buildings surrounded by greenery were designed based on modern and energy saving technical solutions compliant with the LEED certification program. The project has LEED Gold precertification but the developer intends to ultimately obtain LEED Platinum certificate for the project.

The investor and developer of the project is Vastint Poland, forming part of the Property Division of the Inter IKEA Group. The Business Garden complex is one of two projects of the company in Poznań, another one being the Portowo residential estate located at Straolecka Street near the Warta river.
