UEFA divides the finalists into pots

We now know the sixteen finalists of UEFA EURO 2012™. Before the finals draw, which will take place in Kiev on 2nd December, Poland found itself in the same pot as the co-host of the Championships - Ukraine as well as Spain and Holland.
On Tuesday we learned which teams will play at UEFA EURO 2012™, to be held in June next year in Poland and Ukraine. On Thursday UEFA announced the official division of the teams into pots. And so:
pot No. 1 holds: Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Holland
pot No. 2 holds: Germany, Italy, England, Russia
pot No. 3 holds: Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Sweden
pot No. 4 holds: Denmark, France, Czech Republic, Ireland.
The finals draw of UEFA EURO 2012™ will take place on 2nd December in the National Palace "Ukraine" in Kiev. This is one of the most important events in the organisation of the Tournament. Poznań - Host-City of UEFA EURO 2012™ is preparing a public broadcast from the finals draw. Poznań's residents will be able to watch the events from Kiev at plac Wolności.
