Anna Szymańska kindly invite you for the seminar: RESTRUCTURING PROGRAMME LAW AND CURE OF COMPANIES, which will take place on 14 January 2016 at 12.00 in the Building of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University, Al. Niepodległości 53, Poznań, Auditorium Maximum.

As of 1 Jan 2016, the Act - Restructuring Programme Law and the amended Act - Bankruptcy Law enter into force. New legal solutions are focused on supporting the entrepreneur in the event of crisis and allowing for the conduct of corrective proceedings. The purpose of the seminar presenting the idea, solutions and practical applications of the provisions of the Act - Restructuring Programme Law, in particular for the entrepreneur who may happen to be a debtor as well as a creditor. The new tool is an opportunity for companies to implement changes, communicate with creditors, and, as a result, recover the stable financial situation.
