A Modern Pharmaceutical Factory In The Centre Of Poznań
From the end of October 2021, Delpharm Poznań, the former GSK pharmaceutical factory in Poznań, belongs to the French group Delpharm, i.e. the leading contract manufacturer (CMO) in the pharmaceutical industry in the world. Delpharm has over 30 years of experience in contract manufacturing and as a consequence, it is placed TOP 5 contract companies in the world. Currently, the Delpharm Group employs a total of over 5,500 employees and almost 800 of them work in the Poznań factory.
Besides the factory in Poznań, Delpharm has 17 more plants in the world (in France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Canada), where it produces drugs and dietary supplements for pharmaceutical giants, as well as smaller companies from the medical industry. The company has an extensive portfolio, which includes patented drugs, generics, OTC, vaccines, biotech, veterinary medicine, dietary supplements and medical devices.
Medicines produced in Delpharm's factories, including the Pfizer vaccine against COVID, are used by patients all over the world.
Delpharm Poznań factory has a rich history and many years of experience in pharmaceutical production, dating back to the times of Polfa Poznań. Currently, it is a very modern production plant, using digital news, VR training, 3D printing, robots and robotisation of processes in everyday business operations. The factory's pharmaceutical portfolio currently includes HIV / AIDS, neurological, urological and dermatological therapies.
