BREEAM is an advanced ecological building assessment system based on many criteria. Certified facilities, as well as the way they are managed, are checked in terms of their impact on the environment, resource consumption, work comfort, and user health. The new standard developed in 2020 also takes into account issues related to the broadly understood safety and the impact of the building on the social environment. In 2021, Malta Office Park - as the first in the world - underwent the re-measurement process in the latest version of the BREEAM In-Use v. 6 2020 International standard and received an Excellent rating in the Asset Performance and Management Performance categories. The certification procedure included i.a. audit of risk and social opportunities resulting from the object's relations with the environment. Currently, the Malta Office Park office complex in Poznań is among the 15 best projects competing in the international BREEAM AWARDS 2022 competition. Voting is available to everyone and takes place via the website. Votes can be cast until March 14.

Malta Office Park is a modern office complex located at ul. Archbishop Antoni Baraniak in Poznań. The usable area of ​​the complex is approximately 30,000 sq m. Individual buildings with floor areas ranging from approximately 600 to even 1,300 sq m. give the possibility of any arrangement of the office for both small and large companies.

The investment belongs to Henderson Park (70% of shares) and EPP (30%), which is also responsible for the management of the complex.
