Poznań in TOP5 European Cities of the Future!
Another edition of the report "European Cities and Regions of the Future 2022/2023" was prepared by experts of "fDi Intelligence" - a specialist magazine owned by the Financial Times. This year's list analyzed as many as 356 cities, which were divided by population into five categories (Poznań was placed among medium-sized cities). Then they were evaluated in five subcategories: economic potential, business friendliness, transport connections, human capital and lifestyle, and cost-efficiency.
The city of Poznan was ranked 5th in the general classification of medium-sized cities and is the second Polish city (next to Wroclaw) in this ranking. According to experts, in its category, Poznań is the second most business-friendly city in Europe. In the category of the best strategies for attracting foreign direct investment, Poznan tied with the English Newcastle Upon Tyne, taking 4th place. Analysts of "fDi Intelligence" also distinguished the economic potential of Poznań (8th place in this category).

Analyses of an independent institution such as "fDi Intelligence" are particularly valuable and testify to the favorable investment climate which we create in Poznań - emphasizes Katja Lożina, Head of the Investor Relations Department of the City of Poznań.
