Should you fail to meet any of the conditions listed at the beginning hereof, then in order to run a company in Poland, you may conduct business in Poland solely in the form of the following business natures:

  • register a limited partnership in the National Court Register
• limited joint-stock company
  • register a limited joint-stock company in the National Court Register
• limited liability company
  • register a limited liability company in the National Court Register
• joint-stock company
  • register a joint-stock company in the National Court Register

You may also join such companies, both acquire and subscribe for shares.
