After renovation, the Student House offers 200 places in single and double rooms.

Construction work began in March 2016, and the first phase of work ended in January this year. "Hanka" is a "cult" object, which was created in the years 1925 - 1929. It was designed by architect Roger Sławski as a social facility for students and academic staff of the then Poznań University. Initially opened as a hotel for the guests of Universal National Exhibition (1929), it is characterized by classic architectural forms.

The building is a historic object individually entered into the register of monuments. It is a four-winged building, enclosed in the outline of a rectangular rectangle wings: southern and northern, with six over ground stories and one underground story.
