Mentor Project

A mentor is a person who has lived in Poznań for a while and who knows the city, Polish language and culture. As a volunteer, this person supports, shares own experience and helps to solve the day-to-day problems of their Mentee. Mentors are not expected to act as their Mentee's expert, lawyer or psychologist. Being a mentor means to building a supporting relationship with the Mentee. It's also a chance to learn about other cultures from around the world. At the beginning of the project, both will set goals and priorities that this relation will serve.
