On New Year's Eve, the Poznań City Hall will be open during normal working hours, i.e. 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The exception is the Real Estate Management Department, which has a common Customer Service Room with the Geodesy and City Cadaster Board GEOPOZ. On December 31, it will be open from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

At the same time, we would like to remind you that as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, in most cases a personal visit to the office is possible only after prior reservation of a seat. This can be done through the online booking system or by calling the Poznań Contact Office at 61 646 33 44 (hotline open 7:30 - 20:00, weekdays).

In 2022, the office returns to work from 3 January.

Municipal entities and companies

Urban Transport Authority (Zarzad Transportu Miejskiego): On New Year's Eve, Customer Service Points will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., while the Customer Service Office will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Municipal Transport Company (Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne): The offices of MPK Poznań - including the Lost and Found Office - will be open.

Municipal Family Assistance Centre (Miejski Osrodek Pomocy Rodzinie): MOPR and all its branches will be open during normal hours. Information about places providing support on January 1 can be found on the website.

Poznań Benefit Center (Poznanskie Centrum Swiadczen): On December 31, clients will be received during the usual Friday hours of operation of the PCŚ, i.e. from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Management of Municipal Dwelling Stocks (Zarząd Komunalnych Zasobów Lokalowych): The Customer Service Office and area Customer Service Centers will be open.

Municipal Road Administration (Zarzad Drog Miejskiech): On New Year's Eve, the Paid Parking Zone and the Downtown Paid Parking Zone will operate, with the cash registers at 17 Wilczak Street being closed, and those at Pulaski Street being open from 8:00-12:00

Geodesy and City Cadaster Board GEOPOZ (Zarząd Geodezji i Katastru Miejskiego GEOPOZ): The Customer Service Room will be open from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
