The Local Initiatives Centers program was launched in 2016 and carried out in the form of open tenders for proposals of cooperation between the self-government and non-governmental organizations. It allows residents to incorporate initiatives which directly address needs of local communities.

Responsibilities of Local Initiative Centers:

• stimulating social activity and creating conditions for the development of local communities
• carrying out activities based on the diagnosis of the local environment and the map of resources and needs
• creating a complex offer for the target group defined in terms of a territory
• creating favorable space for self-organizing and integrating
