Investment offer of the City of Poznań includes now 41 properties. It has several new features, including plots at ul. Przepadek and in the Łacina Area (near Posnania Shoping Center). Łacina Area has long been a great success among investors. Four plots for multi-family housing and two for service activities will soon be issued in an open tender.
The new three properties, located at Rataje roundabout, are intended for services and will be a very interesting proposition for potential buyers, because according to the local spatial development plan there will be possible to create there altitude dominants.
Another news for investors concerns the plot at ul. Unii Lubelskiej. A local spatial development plan was approved for it. The "Unii Lubelskiej" investment offer is part of one of the three strategic areas for which the City Urban Workshop has created visualizations that can be viewed on the YouTube channel of the City of Poznań.
Visualizations were also prepared for the areas of "Wolne Tory" - particularly important for the city due to its central location and size, and "Nowe Jeżyce".
