Poznań Business Partner is the name and brand of a municipal program supporting and promoting small businesses, run by the Entrepreneurship Support Division of the Department of Economic Activity and Agriculture at the City of Poznań. The Poznań Business Partner program consists of a diverse catalog of recurring activities aimed at Poznań residents who are planning to start their own business, as well as entrepreneurs looking to effectively grow their companies. The program includes:
- Specialized practical training and workshops, both introductory and advanced, supporting the establishment, management, and growth of small businesses on topics such as: company registration, financial accounting, VAT, legal aspects, marketing and promotion, sales techniques, business plan development, funding acquisition, modern management methods, design thinking, and the use of the internet and social media for marketing and promotion.
- Individual legal, tax, coaching, and mentoring support.
- Activities and events promoting small business and entrepreneurship.
- Informational initiatives.
