Working visit in Poznan - October 2013

The purpose of the visit was the evaluation of project activities and the experience exchange between participants.
During the visit the participants had the opportunity to:
a / take part in the Polish language lessons which presents one of the methods of working with the student - topic: What do they feel and think about the characters in " Tartuffe " by Moliere. The teams of students have made a detailed analysis and evaluation of the presented method which was later discussed, ie the student's work and the various stages of the method (selection of literary, duration of the method, the criteria for the division of students into groups and teamwork evaluation criteria, etc.).
b / participate in the final presentation methods workshop; the aim was to develop the emotional competence and encourage students' creativity.
These goals were made at two levels :
- workshops on personal development
- theatre workshops.
In both cases, a major emphasis was on the realization of individual potential participants personality and theatrical space provided great emotional tools needed to be worked all the issues raised in the initial part of the theoretical workshops. Generally speaking, the workshop was for the participants attempt to crash them with themselves - a confrontation with their fears, weaknesses, "struggle with the shadow" , an attempt to cross the so-called "Comfort zone". Much time has been devoted to understanding the significance of masks and roles that we play in our life. The workshops touched very important issues directly related to the participants.
And with trying this all came out victory.
c / active participation (along with a group of Polish teachers) and evaluation techniques workshop called the Mirror of the Soul - the effect of exercise was that, with a strong focus and concentration participating individuals (created by Polish - Slovenian pairs) could not only properly read another individual emotions but also describe in details the emotional states of their partners.
d / exchange of experience and an overall evaluation of the methods used by both partners while summarizing the presentation.
The visit gave the participants the opportunity to deal with Polish culture: the guests from Slovenia visited the new building of the Raczynski Library with the Department of Old Prints. Apart from that students and their parents prepared for the project participants Polish -Slovenian evening.
