The working visit involved ten representatives of partner institutions from Poznan i.e. Project Coordination Office and the Department of Education of Poznan City Hall, the Complex of Sports Schools No 1 as well as EDUGATE Foundation and "Pod Lipami" Community Centre.
On the first day the participants attended the school theatre performance which was the outcome of the second stage of the project in Slovenia.
On the second day there was a working meeting of the project teams to summarize the activities carried out in the first year of the project and discuss technical issues associated with the production of the final product.
Summing-up was made by:
a) Project coordinators: P. Fošnarič and Jaroslaw Zabłocki - organizational and reporting issues (the scope of the so-called progress report was established and the deadline for the preparation of join publication materials (the final product of the project) was set for the end of January 2014,
b) Representative of the EDUGATE Foundation: G. Chołuj - a summary of the emotional workshops carried out with the students of Complex of Sports Schools No 1 with the use of video materials made by "Pod Lipami" Community Centre,
c) Representative of the Complex of Sports Schools No 1- Overview of the tools applied in working with students during school classes with the use of theatrical method (working with classic text and the RAFT method)
The third day was devoted to the cultural part of the meeting, namely the trip of project teams to one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia - Vintgar gorge.
