This property was the subject of tenders in 2023. However, the situation has changed since then. Since 2024, City Logistics Poznań III, a warehouse facility built for Raben Logistics Polska, has been operating in the immediate vicinity of the 7P/U site. Thanks to new investments, the potential of this area as an important location for industrial and service facilities is constantly growing.
Although the municipal property does not currently have direct access to a public road, thanks to the aforementioned neighbouring investment, the vicinity of the 7P/U field can now be reached not only by dirt roads, but also by a new asphalt road.
We would like to remind you that this is an undeveloped property with an area of 48,016 m2, located in the area marked in the local spatial development plan with the symbol: 7P/U - areas for production facilities, warehouses and storage facilities, with permission for service buildings.
The advantages of this urban area undoubtedly include the aforementioned neighbourhood, convenient and quick access to the city centre and the A2 motorway, as well as its location within the bus transport network. We would also like to point out its location near the Franowo marshalling yard, which may be important for the manufacturing and warehousing industry. The adjacent fields may prove to be an important addition to the future investment: 11U is designated for service development, and 6KP and 7KP may be used for private car parks.
The starting price of the property is PLN 22,300,000 (in words: twenty-two million three hundred thousand PLN). The tender is planned for the second quarter of 2026.
