Today, with a team of nearly 700 people, ROCKWOOL GBS celebrates another milestone. The theme of this year's anniversary, "Everyone Matters", reminds us that - just like puzzle pieces - we form one coherent whole. Each piece is different, yet together we build something truly unique.
At ROCKWOOL, "Everyone Matters" is more than just a slogan, it's an approach visible in everyday work and in relationships among colleagues. Every voice counts, regardless of department or position. Employees confirm this daily, sharing their own experiences.
Marta Mrugas, Accounts Payable Senior Team Leader, reflects on her career path at ROCKWOOL GBS:
- Today, having grown from an AP Junior Accountant to an AP Senior Team Leader, I can say with full conviction that there are no "small roles' at ROCKWOOL. Over the past eight years I've learned that the true strength of a team lies not in titles, but in collaboration, mutual support, and understanding the process from A to Z. After all, good insulation - and that's our specialty - starts with solid foundations: people who know their work matters. Every invoice, every email, every question like "can you take a look at this?" is part of the routine that builds something bigger than just a monthly report. It creates a sense of belonging.
The value of organizational culture is also highlighted by Michał Siemaszko, Section Manager, Design Team:
- I believe that everyone seeks a workplace where they truly feel valued or at least hopes to find one eventually. In a corporate setting, each person is naturally important from a business standpoint. Yet not every organization nurtures a genuine sense of employee value within its culture. That's why I am particularly proud to spend a significant part of my daily work in a place where this approach is deeply ingrained, and the credo "Everyone Matters" is clearly visible - at ROCKWOOL.
Bartłomiej Działo, MES Engineer, who joined ROCKWOOL GBS less than a year ago, shares his perspective:
- Although I joined the company only nine months ago, I immediately felt I was part of a community where what matters is not only results, but also mutual support. From the very beginning, I've seen how this idea works in practice. Here, every voice is heard, and every success is a shared achievement. Working in such an atmosphere makes every day an opportunity to learn, grow, and share what's best.
New Spaces, New Perspectives
As the team grows, so does the ROCKWOOL GBS office space. This year, the center expanded its Poznań office in the D2 building at Nowy Rynek, adding 800 m² on the 4th floor. At the same time, the lease has been extended until 2033, with further expansion already planned. In 2026, an additional 2,000 m² will be opened, increasing the total office area by 40% to reach 9,700 m².
As emphasized by Ewelina Płocieniczak, Head of ROCKWOOL GBS:
- A new chapter in our story begins at Nowy Rynek, where we are expanding our presence in a modern, functional, and well-designed office space. This important stage for ROCKWOOL GBS supports our growth, enables even better collaboration between teams, and provides a convenient location that ensures comfortable and inspiring working conditions for our employees.
