Grow in Poznan - an international conference full of inspiration
A Knowledge-packed Start with Expert-led Trainings
The conference began with a series of practical workshops delivered by experts in their fields. Aleksandra Dziurzyńska, a legal advisor from the Migrant Info Point foundation, introduced participants to the process of starting a business in Poland. Aleksandra Skierś from the Greater Poland branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors covered key topics related to taxes and tax residency. The third speaker, Małgorzata Rita Łyczywek, an AI specialist, explored the opportunities of applying artificial intelligence in business.
Advisory Zone - Hands-on Support for Participants
Running parallel to the training sessions, the Advisory Zone was very well received. Participants had the opportunity to consult individually with representatives of various institutions, gaining practical insights on topics such as residence legalization, taxation, social security, sanitary regulations, and diploma recognition.
We sincerely thank the following institutions and their representatives for their presence and engagement in the Advisory Zone:

- Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology - Adam Mickiewicz University

In the second part of the conference, participants had the chance to hear personal stories from international entrepreneurs successfully running businesses in Poland. Insights were shared by James De Lara, business advisor; Lara Gabriel, owner of the Brazilian cookie brand BrigadeRio; Szymon Gorlak, co-founder of the marketing agency Sembility and lecturer at Collegium Da Vinci; Brad Retelback, business consultant and English language teacher; Diana Marcano, researcher at the Łukasiewicz Poznań Institute of Technology; and Juan Enrique Yantuche, Spanish teacher and podcaster. Their stories offered motivation and showcased the many unique paths to success within the Polish business landscape.
