The conference is dedicated to entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and representatives of institutions supporting business development. Its goal is to exchange experiences, expand knowledge, and build an international network of business connections.

The event is organized by the Department of Business Activity and Agriculture of the City of Poznan as part of the Poznań Biznes Partner program. This initiative supports professional development, entrepreneurship, and the integration of foreign residents in Poznan, contributing to the growth of the city's international business community.

Conference Program

This year's edition will feature a rich agenda of lectures, expert talks, and inspiring presentations focused on doing business in Poland, effective communication, cultural understanding, and professional growth. Highlights include:

• Legalization of stay for business activity - practical aspects of residence legalization in Poland for business purposes,
• Business models for innovation - a workshop on creating and analyzing business models that foster innovation (Michał Wujewski, PPNT),
• FaceTime - Unlocking the value of public speaking - how public speaking skills build stronger business relationships (James De Lara),
• Understanding Polish Culture: How Does It Shape Marketing and Relationships? - exploring Poland's business and communication culture (Piotr Szulc),
• plus a series of inspirational stories from international entrepreneurs sharing their experiences and journeys.

The conference will conclude with a Business Speed Dating networking session, offering participants the chance to establish meaningful professional connections (separate registration required).

Advisory Zone - Practical Support for Entrepreneurs

Alongside the main program, the Advisory Zone (10:30 AM-2:30 PM) will provide participants with the opportunity to receive individual consultations from experts in areas such as:

• legal and tax matters,
• residence legalization,
• employment regulations,
• sanitary requirements in gastronomy and beauty sectors,
• business registration 
• Polish language certification.
