IC Solutions has developed a solution owing to which during the mission each of the OSCE observers will be able to save automatically and transmit observations in digital form to the headquarters in Vienna. This will considerably shorten the time of developing reports and conclusions of the OSCE mission. Without this facility, it would not be able to produce reports from the mission before publication of election results.

The agreement signed with the OSCE is long-term. IC Pen technology will be used during forthcoming OSCE missions in October during elections in Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and Ukraine.
