Maltese Baths

After the match... jump into the swimming pool!

The Maltese Baths continue to climb higher. It will be a place created for lovers of active holidays. Because UEFA EURO 2012™ is not just about football excitement!

A variety of pools, water slides, wild river and hydro-massage - everything is waiting for guests of the sport and recreation centre, which is formed by Malta Lake. The first people will leap into the swimming pool in September 2011.

The sport and recreation centre will be divided into two parts. In the sport section it will be possible to use the full-size Olympic swimming pool. Here will be a swimming pool for diving, a swimming pool to warm up in and two Jacuzzis. The recreational section will be destined for enthusiasts of water entertainment. Both residents and the guests of UEFA EURO 2012™ will be able to try, amongst other things: a swimming pool with a double wave and a pool with salt water, as well as a "white water river". In this section will also be plenty of attractions for children. For the littlest ones there has been prepared a special pool with fun-time floatation toys. Toddlers can also use a variety of slides (turbo and familial, with visual effects and sound).

Maltese Baths also offers to visitors water attractions in the outer area. Here there will be two geothermal pools, seasonal and year-round. From this area it will be possible to use the sauna complex. Here will be different size Finnish saunas, steam and aromatic baths of various temperature, humidity and décor from otic woods to ceramics and stone.

The complex by Malta Lake is not the only place for people who love water entertainment. In the leisure centre enthusiasts of squash, fitness, aerobics and dance can also relax. In the building there will also be a bowling alley.
