The event is part of the International Property Awards, which is now in its 17th year and has become recognised as Europe's most prestigious property competition. It is organised by international property industry experts in association with Bloomberg Television and Google.

Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 80 experts and covering every aspect of the property business. The judges are not only looking for the most impressive and innovative projects, they are also examining the sustainability and eco-friendliness of every property and development that comes under their scrutiny. The winning Murawa Office Park is located right next to the 100-hectare Cytadela Park in Poznań. The jury appreciated its high-class standard and "intelligent" technical solutions such as air conditioning with heat recuperation. Glazed terraces adjacent to each office module are an excellent leisure facility for the tenants, who can enjoy fresh air during their working day. Besides, underground parking lots for bicycles encourage tenants to an eco-friendly lifestyle and emphasise the "green" features of the building.

- Being awarded by the world's property specialists is an honour. We are delighted that our building holds such a prestigious title. The award for Murawa Office Park proves that also medium-sized office buildings can be noticed, if they stand out in terms of quality. - says Natalia Dworska from Aiga Investments.

Murawa Office Park as the country winner in the Office Development category will compete for the title of the best office building in Europe. Later this year, the highest scoring winners from the European Awards will compete against other winning companies to determine the ultimate World's Best in each category.
