Beata Lubos, PHD, economist, obtained a PhD degree in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics at the Collegium of World Economy, where she conducted research on the innovation policy. Since 2004, she has been professionally associated with the relevant ministries for economic affairs, where as a Director of the Department of Innovation and Industrial Policy was responsible for innovation and industrial policy, digital and green transformation of industry and international cooperation with the EU, OECD and UN. At present, Director of the Department of International Cooperation at Łukasiewicz - Institute of Aviation (ILOT), one of the largest research institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network. In ILOT, she is responsible for the development of international cooperation in aerospace sector.
