Founder and Director of the Poznań Contact Office - the municipal contact centre of the Poznań City Hall. A lawyer by education, he graduated from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and completed postgraduate studies at the Poznań School of Banking, as well as Master Of Public Administration (MPA) studies at the Poznań University of Economics. He is a member of the jury of the national competition of the call contact centre industry PCCA - Polish Contact Center Awards. Originator and founder of the first city call centre employing people with disabilities. Currently responsible for the construction and development of POZnan*Kontakt services - a platform for ICT services of the city of Poznań. His professional interests focus on information management using CTI technologies, including the application of machine learning and AI techniques. He specialises in the organisation of mass services and the promotion of employment of people with disabilities in public administration. Privately, he is passionate about Dutch bicycles and an amateur sailor, and belongs to the Poznań-based Baltic enthusiasts' club.
