Robert Pisarczyk, PhD is the CEO and co-founder of Oblivious, a Dublin-based company offering privacy-enhancing software. He holds a DPhil in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, supervised by Prof Artur Ekert, one of the inventors of quantum cryptography. He has been a researcher at the Centre for Quantum Technologies and a visiting researcher at ETH Zurich, Sorbonne University and Edinburgh University. He is a member of the Task Team on Privacy-Enhancing Technologies of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Big Data and Data Science and an editor of the UN PET Guide.
