We are a company specialising in the creation of e-services dedicated to local governments of all levels and "sizes". We build e-services in the area of broadly understood self-government - residents communication!
Our flagship product is the mMieszkaniec mobile application. However, it is part of a larger concept of 'm-' and 'e-' local government called Ratusz24 JSTONLINE. The Ratusz24 JSTONLINE concept involves the resident having access to as many local government services as possible via both a web browser - the "e" - and a mobile application - the "m". Therefore, all our products, which can be freely configured by the local authority, are available to residents both in the web browser and the mobile app, which is free for residents and available in the shops: AppStore and GooglePlay.

The currently available tools offered by City Hall24 JSTONLINE are:

-NOTES - communicator about the most important events in the local authority combined with a map and calendar; also sends alerts, including from the RSO;
-NOTES - a platform for residents to report faults and breakdowns in the local authority and restrictions for people with disabilities;
-WHERE WASTE - a messenger to inform residents of waste collection dates; has an eco-informator to quickly find the correct fraction for waste;
-SOCIAL CONSULTATION - a platform for electronic public consultation;
-CITIZENS' BUDGET - a platform for electronic handling of the citizens' budget;
-ACCEPTABLE SELF-GOVERNMENT - a platform to present public facilities, indicating their facilities and possible barriers for people with special needs;
-Taxes and Fees - individual accounts for residents and businesses to settle taxes and fees;
-BUDGET PRESENTATION* - a platform showing residents in a simple pictorial way where the money in the budget comes from and what it is spent on;
-INVESTMENT OFFER PRESENTATION* - a platform to show potential investors the investment potential of the local authority, including properties available for sale;

Each tool is a system that is 'manageable' and adapts to the needs of the local authority. Officials manage the tools by accessing an intuitive panel available 24/7; The tools are embedded in the cloud, so we do not involve the local authority's infrastructure. Each tool works independently, so it is up to the local authority to decide which tools to make available to residents (tools marked with * are only available in a web browser).
