In_Spire Foundation was established by Poznan International Fair in 2022. The mission of the In_Spire Foundation is, among others, to develop the economy; in this respect the Foundation carries out activities related to, among others, promoting and supporting the Polish economy, promoting and disseminating innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as promoting the city and the region. In the area of entrepreneurship, the foundation is also active in promoting and disseminating access to the latest technologies; promoting digitisation, digitalisation, as well as knowledge transfer, skills and competence development;

The In_Spire Foundation operates in four core areas: the area of entrepreneurial support, cultural, social and sporting activities.

In the first half of 2022, the Foundation focused its activities on a campaign supporting, among others, the City of Poznań in managing the refugee crisis due to the outbreak of war in Ukraine. Currently, in addition to its social activities, the Foundation is focusing its attention on projects aimed at business audiences.
