Third Deputy Mayor represents the City of Poznan in Poznan Agglomeration Waste Management Inter-District Association.

Third Deputy Mayor ensures the realization of the entitlements of the Mayor of the City of Poznan towards the County Construction Supervision Inspector for the City of Poznan.

Third Deputy Mayor collaborates with the following Poznan City Council Committees:

Responsibilities of Deputy Mayor regarding spatial planning, real estate management, municipal and housing management, and environment:

  • coordinating housing policy of the City of Poznan and introducing proposals for development
  • fulfilling housing needs
  • creating and implementing technical infrastructure development programs for the City of Poznan excluding city roads and public transport  
  • communal services and maintaining cleanliness
  • telecommunication infrastructure
  • investments involving residents' participation
  • engineering investments
  • promoting the City's offers for investment activities
  • local spatial development plans
  • spatial planning of the City of Poznan
  • Spatial Information System of the City of Poznan
  • architectural and construction administration
  • geodetic administration
  • inventory of municipal property
  • managing real estate and municipal commercial premises
  • supervision over the management of municipal property transferred to the City of Poznan as a result of transformations of municipal units, administrative decisions, and civil law transactions
  • supervising the equipment of independent public health care facility properties
  • supervising the implementation of programs in accordance with a separate regulation defining the strategic management of the development of the City of Poznan
  • shaping and protecting the environment
  • maintaining greenery in the city

Born April 21, 1975. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in 1999.

Since 2000 he has been working at Poznan City Hall. Started working in the Municipal Property Department. After 7 years he got promoted to the position of Deputy Director of the Real Estate Management Department and in 2013 became Director of the Department.

Since 2015 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Board of Municipal Housing Resources Ltd.

In 2012 he started running classes in property law in the Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznan.

Participates in triathlon races and running events. Has a passion for traveling, mountain climbing and reading historical books.
